In terms of our Single Franchise Model, we are actively seeking franchise partners interested in establishing a single hostel under the FJ Leisure Stay brand in Portugal at this time. As a potential franchise, you have the option to either provide a suitable property for the venture or utilize one from our real estate portfolio. If needed, we can also collaborate with you to locate an ideal site.
Franchise partners are responsible for financing the hostel's interior design and furnishings independently. However, throughout the implementation process, they will receive substantial support and a comprehensive service package from the franchise headquarters.
For those franchises who successfully operate their initial hostel, there is certainly the opportunity to expand their business with additional locations.
Conditions:
Entrance Fee: 15 000€ (further locations 5 000€)
Franchise Fee: 5%
Marketing Contribution: 2%
Investment Volume: 40 000€ – 60 000€
Equity: 15 000€
The Lease Franchise Model
For our Lease Franchise Model option, we are actively seeking independent entrepreneurs who prefer not to make upfront investments in hostel equipment. At Falésia Jovial (Ltd.), we take on the role of financing the hostel's construction, covering rent, and managing day-to-day operational costs. Our partners are presented with the exciting opportunity to assume ownership and oversee a fully furnished hostel. Falésia Jovial offers a fixed rent rate, irrespective of turnover.
And, naturally, the possibility of expanding your hostel portfolio emerges once the first one achieves successful operation.
Conditions:
Part pay for Inventory: 10 000€
Entrance Fee: 5 000€
Deposit: 10 000€ – 20 000€
Equity: 15 000€
