Franchisee Requirements
Commitment to FJ Cafés; experience is helpful but not required; initial investment (min. 20,000€); team management skills.
Initial Investment
25,000€ - 60,000€ (Portugal); location acquisition, inventory, franchise fees, opening costs.
Estimated Average Monthly Revenue
10,000€ - 30,000€ (average); performance varies by location and management.
Our Fees
5% monthly franchise fee; 2% marketing contribution fee on gross sales.
Franchise Models
Single Franchise Model
In terms of our Single Franchise Model, we are actively seeking franchise partners interested in establishing a single coffee shop in Portugal at this time. As a potential franchise, you have the option to either provide a suitable property for the venture or utilize one from our real estate portfolio. If needed, we can also collaborate with you to locate an ideal site.
Franchise partners are responsible for financing the shop's interior design and furnishings independently. However, throughout the implementation process, they receive substantial support and a comprehensive service package from the franchise headquarters.
For those franchisees who successfully operate their initial coffee shop, there is certainly the opportunity to expand their business with additional locations.
Conditions:
Entrance Fee: 15 000€ (further locations 5 000€)
Franchise Fee: 5% Marketing
Contribution: 2% Investment Volume: 40 000€ – 60 000€
Equity: 15 000€
The Lease Franchise Model
For our Lease Franchise Model option, we are on the lookout for independent entrepreneurs who aren't inclined to make upfront investments in shop equipment. At Falésia Jovial (Ltd.), we take on the role of financing the shop's construction, covering rent, and managing day-to-day operational costs. Our partners are presented with the exciting opportunity to assume ownership and oversee a fully furnished shop. Falésia Jovial offers a fixed rent rate, irrespective of turnover. And, of course, the possibility of expanding your coffee shop portfolio emerges once the first one achieves successful operation.
Conditions:
Part pay for Inventory: 10 000€
Entrance Fee: 5 000€ Deposit: 10 000€ – 20 000€
Equity: 15 000€
